• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles across all hierarchy levels.
• Collaborate with technical panels to understand hiring needs and define job descriptions.
• Responsible for identifying the candidate’s suitability for the requirement on the basis of mapping of profiles with the job criteria
• Sourcing large number of profiles though job posting and Mass Mailing.
• Sourcing and screening of the candidates from the online job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn etc.
• Providing complete information to candidates about the company and position.
• Preparing candidates for interview with the clients by providing detailed information about job descriptions and expectation.
• Responsible for screening the applicant through general screening and technical screening in interviews and short listing the right applicant for right job.
• Responsible for arranging as interview of shortlisted applicant with the client.
• Interviewing candidates and following up on the interview process status.
• Complete follow-up of the candidate tills on boarding process.
• Closing the requirements within the stipulated time.
