• Digorb for Amazon - Increased lead generation by 20% through the development and launch of Digorb, an app used by FSEs to generate and onboard leads for Amazon Pay. Lowered churn rate by 8% by delivering a user-friendly and effective product that met the needs of both FSEs and Amazon.
• Audit CRM Dashboard - Lowered the time to audit one lead from 2.5 minutes to 1.2 minutes by leveraging user experience (UX) principles in the development of the Audit CRM Dashboard. Implemented user feedback and iterated on the design to improve the overall user satisfaction and perception of the product. Achieved an overall Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8 for the Audit CRM Dashboard, compared to a previous score of 5 from gigs
• Gigvoix for Amazon - Increased the number of KYCs completed per day from 10 to 30 by implementing features like WhatsApp integration in Gigvoix. Monitored and analyzed performance metrics like KYC completion rate, Average time taken to complete KYC, Lead conversion rate, User adoption rate, User satisfaction score to measure the impact of the feature on KYC completion rates, demonstrating a significant increase from 10 to 30 per day
• AI/ML model for Amazon - Lastly, I led the development of an AI/ML model for Amazon to identify signage availability on leads generated using Digorb. I worked closely with data scientists and engineers to achieve an accuracy rate of 91% with an overall data set of 4 million leads. This project helped streamline the lead qualification process and improve overall efficiency.
