• Recruitment :
• Procuring information of current openings form the management
• Manage entire recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, selection, conducting and scheduling tests, onsite Interview scheduling, presenting selected candidates to managers to select the candidate who best fits for the position
• Source candidates using resume database, networking, internet job postings, cold calling, third party recruiting firms and employee referrals

• Administered programs relating HR planning, recruitment, training and development, employee performance evaluation and appraisals, hiring process, exit formalities

• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with various levels of management, candidates and external recruiting sources
