  • As a Continuous Delivery Lead I was member of the Fraud and Reconciliation Reporting tribe. I supported the tribes by ensuring that all business and technical aspects of the delivery of functionalities were executed smoothly and that software delivery within the squads was a continuous process. I also assisted its tribe with idea funneling, as well as with timely prioritization and identification of requirements.
  • I proposed and continuously improved implementation-related processes that drive the technical delivery of my tribes and proper maintenance by the Platform Operations team after delivery.
  • As a Continuous Delivery Lead I acted as member of the extended Management Team of R&D.
  • I also was acting as the Scrum Master for three teams. I was responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. I was a servant-leader for the Scrum Teams. I helped the organization to understand Scrum and to adopt Scrum as it is intended.

  • Ingenico ePayments (formally GlobalCollect), part of Ingenico Group, is the most knowledgeable global Payment Service Provider in the world. The company processes international eCommerce payments for more than 600 of the world’s most recognized eCommerce brands in the digital goods and services, travel, retail and video gaming industries, among many others.
  • Project manager of key changes to enable further growth of Ingenico ePayments. I planned and budgeted the project that entails a drastic change which impacts virtually all functionality and required a major overhaul of the infrastructure as well. This was a multi-million initiative involving 25 FTE working in 4 Scrum teams, among others. The execution happened in a scaled Agile environment where I acted as the de-facto Scrum Master. I was also responsible for changes within applications from external suppliers and managing the impact on internal and external business parties.
  • Project Manager PCI/DSS compliance project, to move all external communication to the requested level of security. I delivered the project management plan and first wave of changes on time and within budget. As a result of these efforts Ingenico ePayment's external communication is now compliant to latest PCI-DSS. This project requested software effort within Scrum teams and infrastructure changes.
