I oversaw the end-to-end recruitment process for trainees in key units like Audit, Business Banking, Corporate Banking, and Finance. My role involved actively sourcing candidates through both offline channels such as referrals and online platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Internshala, CA Club India, and ICAI etc. Ensuring a seamless recruitment experience, I hired the best fit candidates for each unit.
• In addition to this, I aligned candidates with their designated units and completed all necessary documentation, including Form 104 and Form 109, adhering to regulatory requirements. Moreover, I spearheaded efforts to enhance employee engagement within the program by conducting a thorough study based on reports from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). This study evaluated various dimensions such as work-life balance, employer satisfaction, job roles, leadership, communication, and future prospects, allowing us to optimise employee satisfaction and productivity throughout the program.
