A passionate learner with focus on outcome- making a difference starting with self - making my best version in this ephemeral life! With varied experience across sectors (Pharma, IT, Healthcare , Banking & Telecom) encompassing public sector, civil services, MNCs and start-up in a variety of roles- regulation, financial management, policy making and human resources, I have done Post Graduation from National University of Singapore on Lee Kuan Yew Scholarship, PGPEX from IIM Calcutta & GPHR. My journey began with State Bank of India as Probationary officer and then I moved to Government of India through Civil Services in 2001. I had a brief entrepreneurial stint as Cofounder of OLITO which was a failure with life long savings gone before joining KPIT. While I have a wide range of interests such as travelling, cooking, watching movies, debates, standup comedy, blogging, gardening, I am most passionate about investing since 2021 - Perspective to find multibaggers (megatrends and huge market opportunity, courage for large allocation and to bear fluctuations, high ROCE) and holding them for years and decades for terminal value! Also keen to contribute for community, I live in Pune with my son Shreyash and spouse Riddhi who is fitness aficionado. Competence, courage and choice for bliss!
