Most conversations I’m involved in revolve around questions like: • Do we actually know which exposures can be exploited today, not just what scanners are reporting? • Are our security controls being continuously validated against real-world attack techniques through breach and attack simulation or automated red teaming? • How effectively are vulnerabilities being prioritized based on real risk rather than volume? • Are our digital assets, domains, and brand exposed to external threats that sit outside traditional perimeter security? • As AI usage grows internally, do we have visibility and policy control over AI tools, copilots, and agent-based workflows? My approach is consultative. I don’t start with tools or services. I start by understanding the organization, the pressure points, and the timeline, and then work backwards to what will actually reduce exposure and improve readiness.
