  • When Fixed Invest decided to rebrand to Fixerra and announce that they are not just seeing themselves as an FD aggregator but an open banking platform - they needed someone who could spend time in understanding the market both from a supply and demand side and connect the dots as a generalist to help them innovate.
  • For a generalist this was perhaps the most exciting job role- swimming in completely unexplored waters.
  • Alonside I also networked and connected with Founders and Business leaders to help Fixerra build partnerships with demand side platforms who were interested to launch banking products - starting with a white-labelled / API stack of Fixed Deposits.

  • All the informative transactional and marketing Email and WhatsApp campaigns are triggered from my end, sounds cool right? It is in fact very satisfactory. Work doesn't feel like work, it always feels like I am talking to a huge audience on stage. However, "With great power comes greater responsibility", the role attracts a lot of attention to detail and understanding of the brand and our users.
  • The even exciting part of this role was user research and analysing trends to identify new product opportunities and optimise current product features.
