My career history includes valuable experience in Marketing, category management, shopper marketing and sales with PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, Reckitt Benckiser and Kraft Foods. My first job was as a marketing assistant, but I rapidly worked my way up until I was tasked with developing the category management team at Johnson & Johnson in Colombia and then managing critical retail accounts. In my most recent experience, I managed several product categories, establishing marketing/sales objectives, tailoring action plans for each customer, studying shoppers’ preferences and behaviors, and realizing a significant increase in market share and revenue growth. I know I have a lot to learn about the U.S. market, but I am certainly up to the challenge, and I look forward to once again working my way into a position of responsibility and impact.
