• Cushy is a search engine for place recommendations by locals, powered by a interest-based community platform which lets people to recommend any place (with its exact location) with like-minded people and be able to discuss those recommendations, much like a WhatsApp group.
• My key role has been to turn the vision into the product concept, create the end-to-end UX, ship it to the right people and iterate along the most pertinent dimensions.
• The platform has active communities across food and travel. Long-term view being to monetise on the real-time, verifiable local intelligence gathering capability.
• Seed-funded. Team of 12. Went through 4 design pivots. Used actively by an early adopter community in Bangalore.

• A chrome extension based product to automatically save & organise browser bookmarks, by using the browsing history to create a visual-knowledge-graph. Got strong retention but had to be shelved owing to split of the founding team.
• My role is to figure the design, gather and engage with Early Adopters while my Co-Founder Anand built the end-to-end tool after being back him demanding day job at Amazon in Bengaluru.
• The bigger vision is to help people save time in online research by allowing people who have already spent time hunting on the same problem to make their trees public, much like open-source repos. Hence the 'Forrest' in Project Forrest (made of millions of knowledge trees).

• Co-founded with my mother. An online-only home-bakery that home-delivers personalised, nutritionally balanced cakes & cookies, via both subscription and one-time purchase models.

• Managed the SVM from mid-project through till delivery of an excel-based plugin to monitor market stats for a Fortune 100 company.

• Helped realise the founder’s vision of ensuring medicine delivery for expecting women in anganwadi centers in Indian villages through biometric authentication-enabled vending machine.
• Identified the product goals & context, and used it find the right vending machine partner.
• Managed to have a batchmate to volunteer his hardware & software customisation skills.
• Managed partnership with the South Africa based incubator to get the project to its first installation & subsequent utilisation in Makloor Village, Nizamabad, Andhra Pradesh.
• The project was supported by Lebara Foundation, Bafna Pharmaceuticals, Cisco, Ecube, Gensol, Reconstructed Living Laboratories (Cape Town) and Madhu Yashki foundation.

• Adjudged as the 3rd winning project across 25 participating teams from across India. Built and Lead a team of 3 from IIT Roorkee.
• Project idea : Self-Learning Home Automation System.
• Designed and built a prototype which could automatically switch off room lighting by learning the usage pattern.
