A doting father and self-made man, I bring close to two decades of comprehensive experience in HR service delivery. My primary focus has always been on ensuring employee happiness while maximizing ROI for the organization. Outside of my professional commitments, I am involved in social causes, albeit in a minor capacity, specifically with an NGO dedicated to providing better housing for senior citizens. Believing that a healthy body fosters a healthy mind, I maintain my fitness by playing badminton and basketball. While I don't aim to compete with top athletes, I take pride in giving my opponents a run for their money. Recently, I have taken up writing travelogues as a hobby. Documenting my travels outside Bengaluru allows me to share my adventures with future generations through my writings.
