A decade-plus of driving people agendas at the intersection of technology, business transformation, and culture. I specialize in architecting HR strategies that power digital ecosystems, scale-ups, and large enterprises across India and the GCC. Currently, I have end-to-end HR responsibility across Landmark Group’s digital and data businesses — leading a team of senior HR professionals across HRBP, OD, Talent, Learning, Projects, and Talent Acquisition. The remit includes both strategic ownership and delivery enablement for core people functions in Landmark Digital (UAE) and Datalabs (UAE & India). I operate as a business-integrated HR partner to senior leaders in tech, product, engineering, and data. Originally a software engineer, I hold a post-graduate degree in OD & Leadership from TISS.
