I’ve built people systems across some of the most dynamic terrains - NGO, co-working, edtech (K-12 and higher education), media, D2C beauty, and now institutional education. Every industry taught me a version of the same truth: when you build from scratch, clarity comes later - courage comes first. For over a decade, I’ve thrived in ambiguity.
