About

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to build and scale in two very different contexts. One, a high-growth startup where speed and scrappiness were essential. The other, a global enterprise where scale, structure, and complexity were part of the equation. In both, I’ve been drawn to problems without obvious solutions. Sometimes, the answer is known but what’s missing is the courage to act. Sometimes, the problem needs to be reframed entirely from first principles. In either case, I’ve found that clarity of thought, bold execution, and empathy go a long way. What drives me, beyond roles and results is the belief that systems should work for the right reasons. Where opportunity is shaped by potential, not privilege. Where merit isn’t a buzzword, but a foundation. Where talent gets a fair shot. I want to play my part, however small, by making organisations sharper, fairer, and more human. Going forward, I’m hoping to share more of what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) about leadership, step-change execution, and building institutions that move fast without falling into bias, ad hoc decisions, or unfair structures. If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect.
