Previously, Prateek has worked as an M&A Strategy Consultant with Deloitte and had experience in projects across the M&A lifecycle from Target Identification, Due Diligence, Post Merger Integration and Synergy Analysis. Primary focus was on pre-deal while working on Commercial and Operational Due Diligence, Growth Strategy and Market Assessment across Consumer, BFSI, Auto and TMT Industry Prateek has also completed CFA Level 2 and did his summer internship with Goldman Sachs in their Equity Research division where he covered Turkish Stock Market.
