• I also elevated user engagement through the Year-in-Review platform, onboarding improvements, gift cards, and crafted brand identities for the Koinex podcast (‘The First Block’) and FloBiz.

• The SH Studios was ahead of its time, in the sense that we pioneered AR-based collaborative tools for international artists, and led usability research in VR—exploring interaction, sound, and typography in 3D immersive environments. I not only created a design system on Sketch App, but also coded it for Web based tooling. It greatly helped our engineers ship faster (at least 30% faster shipping speed!)
• I also managed a cross-functional team of developers (front-end, back-end, VR), while being the youngest member entrusted with leadership responsibilities.
