• I am currently a Recruitment Administrator at Elliott Scott HR, a global specialist in HR search and recruitment, dedicated to connecting HR leaders and professionals with exceptional opportunities across the globe.
• In my role, I work closely with our APAC-based team, providing vital administrative support throughout the recruitment process. One of my key responsibilities is managing and updating candidate profiles within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for our team. I also assist in formatting CVs and ensuring that candidate documentation is presented in the best possible light for client review.
• I play an essential role in maintaining smooth coordination between clients and candidates by ensuring that all candidate profiles are accurately uploaded and updated. My attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that the recruitment process runs efficiently, helping to facilitate successful placements and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
