• Evaluated more than 300 Indian and global opportunities in the space of FMCG, Lighting, Switches & Furniture.
• Finally closed:
• 3 acquisitions which included 4 brands and 1 new business in a fast growing segment. All acquisitions have been successfully integrated and performing above expectations
• 1 international strategic partnership
• Spearheaded right from defining strategic interests with Business Owners to landscaping the market, briefing the investment bankers to identifying and evaluating targets to managing internal and external expectations. Also led negotiations with Sellers, arrived at the most optimal structuring and closing all related agreements.
• 2. FMCG
• As the P&L owner of the Men’s grooming segment for Wipro. Took forward the long standing strategic intent of Wipro’s Consumer business of entering the Men’s personal care segment.
• Successfully launched a Men’s brand from the international portfolio of Wipro. Involved in all aspects – Sales, Marketing, positioning, pricing, product planning, manufacturing and logistics.
