Project Description
 Employee Satisfaction Survey: Accomplished the end to end survey. It was great reward for me that HR leaders implemented my project, which includes:
o Understanding requirement from HR & operation teams.
o Preparation of survey contents
o Coordinating with vendors for translating the contents in regional language
o Survey templating and formatting
o Roll out of survey by HR team.
o Collection of templates back after survey.
o Assess and analyses employee’s satisfaction level.
 Employee’s Engagement & Events management: Worked on the employee’s engagement activities as:
o Preparation of employee’s engagement Calendar 2017
o Arranged theme along with Event Management Team for Eid celebration
o Worked on Org. Festival Greetings Communication and Independence Day event celebration
