My responsibilities include but not limited to; • Identify niche talent utilizing Job boards like Monster, Career Builder, Dice & internal resume databases, etc. • Sourcing candidates for hard to fill positions from social networking sites like LinkedIn, Xing and Viadeo • Ensure regular communication with client teams to track submitted candidate progress in the process • Take ownership of project data, ensuring timeliness, integrity, compliance and accuracy at all times. • Take ownership of sourcing life-cycle, ensuring process adherence to company SLAs as appropriate, and taking remedial actions were necessary to drive to success. • High volume recruiting process • Working with clients from IT, Pharma, and Retail domains • Internal client interface • Handle Internal ATS and screen the candidates who applied for the published jobs Responsibilities: Providing Staffing services to IT and Non-IT clients in the US. Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing candidates for clients' needs. Worked with the Team to maintain, develop accounts, and coordinate interviews. Successfully scheduled interviews and follow-up with the client for closures. Use various tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Searches, etc. to find candidates.
