Three years ago, if you’d asked me, “What’s B2B SaaS?” I’d have been clueless. Fast forward to today, I’m absolutely hooked—and still learning something new about it every day. Over these years, I’ve worked at two B2B SaaS startups, each with unique GTMs, stages, and challenges. Hiver: A 1-10 journey where I focused on lead gen and growth marketing. Facets.cloud: A 0-1 journey, diving into technical product and content marketing. These experiences taught me the breadth of GTM strategies and honed my ability to think strategically while staying grounded in execution. I’d describe myself as someone who balances strategy with a “get-things-done” mindset. Now, as a PMM at another early-stage startup, I wear many hats—messaging, positioning, feature launches, and enablement. The learning never stops.
