Today my focus is to understand the requirement of the stakeholders involved and planning how to achieve it with minimum hindrance and generate maximum ROI. Anything that occurs in the internet realm is my responsibility and it is always fun to manage the challenges that come with it. From increasing the brand visibility, generating more leads, maintaining the data, mapping the workflows across the different systems to make crucial business decisions, creating dashboards and reports, increasing the speed of the website, enhancing the user experience to designing the landing page for paid campaigns. With time I have grown from a Website Developer to a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager and currently in a position where I understand SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Automation, Integration, Lead analysis, Projections, Reports, and CRO. In the end, we live in a digital world and the success of your business heavily relies on the way you manage the website and other dependent systems that help Sales and Marketing.
