About

As Chief People Officer at BMC Helix, I’m focused on redefining how technology and people come together to create the workforce of the future. My passion lies in transforming the employee experience through the power of AI, data, and human insight—helping people do more of what truly matters: innovate, grow, and make an impact. With close to 29 years in this industry, I have held leadership roles spanning HR, product, IT operations, and global delivery centers across several industries, as well as Centers of Excellence for Globalization, Usability, Accessibility, Securability, and Business Intelligence worldwide. In my role as India Head and Head of HR at BMC, my team and I focused on reimagining how innovation and technology intersect with enterprise success and business growth. My strategic approach centered on empowering employees through various programs like Empulse, Ideathon, Tech-2-Tech and Skill-up, which I’m proud to say have resulted in transformative solutions being ideated from BMC India. Other notable leadership roles of my career include Head of HR for BNY Mellon Technology; SVP of Software Engineering at CA Technologies, where I served as strategic advisor to the President and CPO; and Chief Operating Officer of GE’s India Innovation Center. I hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, India. Ultimately, I’m guided by the belief that “Innovation can happen anywhere, and technology can solve any problem.” That’s why my aim is to inspire teams and redefine possibilities across the globe with my techno-functional expertise. When I’m not talking about technology, transformation, and building high-performance teams, I'm always up for a good dialogue on cricket and golf. If that’s you, feel free to connect with me!
