Administered delivery of several release of products, with versatility in roles and have proven experience of collaborating with program management team to expand the scrum practices and processes.
• Conducted 6 training sessions on SQL and SAP HANA Application Modeling. Speaker sessions at SAP TechEd, DKOM and several internal events. Mentored colleagues who newly join the team and others seeking for additional guidance with agile practices, scrum master roles and responsibilities etc. Engaged in over 100 interviews as technical and non-technical interviewer - at various levels in SAP campus drives, LoB and non-LoB interviews within SAP.
