I build products that users love, generating tangible value for organisations across every scale. My journey into product management wasn't a straight line—it was a deliberate exploration of the question, "What makes people truly love a product?" I started in user research, looking to understand the human story behind each data point, from the way they chose to decorate their homes, what compelled their shopping behaviour, all the way to how they interacted with their cars. It taught me that empathy is the most valuable tool in any builder's kit. Intrigued by how to bring these user stories to a wider audience, I moved into marketing. There, I learned to build narratives that launch products - from the first user, to a thousand and beyond, mastering the art of finding where people are. But acquiring users was only half the story. I became fascinated with what happened after they were on board. This curiosity led me directly to Growth Product Management. Here, I shifted my focus from the external narrative to the internal user journey. I dove deep into data, using rapid experimentation and A/B testing to understand user behaviour at scale. It was here I learned how to systematically improve activation, engagement, and retention, turning initial interest into a lasting habit and generating lasting revenue. Today, as a Product Manager, I weave all these threads together. My foundation in research provides the "why," my marketing experience shapes the "how we connect," and my growth background provides the "what to improve." My passion for building extends beyond my day job, whether I'm vibe coding a new application or producing an album in my studio. It's all part of the same drive: to create something meaningful.
