• Handled everything from accounting to an acquisition offer.
• Cashflow Management - The company is in the business of providing turnkey solutions for Indian Railways. Being in the infra industry, the turnaround time for a project was anywhere between 6 months to 24 months. Managing cash flows for multiple projects at any point in time was the greatest challenge as the payments cycle was post-delivery of the project. Balancing between irregular cash inflow, multiple projects outflows and fixed monthly liabilities towards 100 people and banks made the job tougher. Dealing with the vendors and clients helped in increased my tolerance and taught me a lot about keeping calm.
• Acquisition - Handling and negotiating an acquisition offer from a France based MNC was a novel experience.
• Banking - Dealing with bankers was a testing job as the organisation is the only Indian company for the products it makes and long payments cycles, irregular cash inflows made the bankers uncomfortable.
• Accounts, IC, ERP - Set up the internal systems and processes for finance and accounts to get control over the transactions and get MIS reports. Designed and created a small ERP to process the accounts payable from RFQ to payments. Responsible for finalisation and audit.
• Compliance - Handled the ever-changing compliances and statutory disagreements with revenue authorities.

• TOSBS is the one-stop solution for all business problems, mostly catering to MSMEs. It started with a goal of providing all financial as well as non-financial solutions under one roof.
• I am handling the fundraising vertical at TOSBS. I also look into the transactional advisory services along with other professionals at TOSBS. Since its inception, TOSBS has helped multiple organisations to raise funds via financial institutions as well as from private investors. TOSBS has also advised its clients on acquisition offers and closed some of them successfully.
• TOSBS also initiated a joint venture with an IT company to provide technology solutions for various problems in the clients' business. I work closely with this where I help identify the problems, interact with the tech team to understand, finalise and implement the solution.
• Also, handled everything during the first 2 years to build a firm.
