I'm a passionate and impact-driven hospitality, wellness, and sustainability professional with a founder mindset. In my 17-year career, I have moved from banking to e-commerce to hospitality and finally to wellness. Recently, I have been building my own farmstay and sustainable permaculture, agri-tourism project in Vietnam's countryside, focusing on promoting the country's coffee heartland as a sustainable tourism destination. In 2024, I founded The Hotpot House, a restaurant brand on a mission to bring experiential and healthy Vietnamese and SE Asian cuisine to India after completing my yoga teacher training and holistic health coach certification. The processes and vendor relationships we have established have also helped us maintain one of the lowest operating costs in the industry. We are now looking to grow the brand to more locations and seeking the right partners for the same. Back in 2019, I cofounded NomadGao, a coworking-coliving brand on a mission to enable people to work closer to nature. NomadGao also focuses on social hospitality with a community-centric approach. We have been hosting thousands of travellers, professionals, and local-experienced retreats with the lean, friendly yet professional team in Goa and Dharamkot, Himachal. I have led operations and design at NomadGao over the past 6 years while building my online Business selling crochet patterns at my venture, Anvi's Granny. All this while worldschooling 3 children. Before the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey, I was a banker in Vietnam and handled corporate client relationships, multi-million-dollar project appraisals, and risk management.
