As an early sales hire across multiple SaaS startups, I’ve been deeply involved in testing, refining, and scaling sales motions from the ground up—bridging the gap between experimentation and repeatability. After 3 years in leadership, i've decided to return to being an individual contributor and deliver the results I used to create within my teams. Most recently was asked to lead emerging markets in a medtech company after setting the company record for the highest ARR attainment in a quarter on the enterprise/MM team. Beyond the metrics, I’m passionate about reshaping how companies think about business development—moving away from transactional outreach and toward human, insight-driven conversations that actually create value.
