Focussed on innovative channel strategy , lean manufacturing and strong branding to develop one of the fastest growing brands in the sector. Involved with various Building Materials national companies in designing and implementing their Go To Market models , Annual Operating Plans , Sales Operations Strategy , Team building & Long Term Goal Setting. Since inception , we at Tigonis have managed to : - Have operations in 6 Eastern Indian States - More than 800 Distributors - A range of 20 + products in various SKUs - Counter presence in more than 6000 counters - A dedicated user base (mason and painter) of more than 10000 - Team size of 100+ people - More than 100 institutional clients Strong leadership qualities, effective team building skills and people orientation abilities define me.
