I founded Homilier and Udbhav Upkram, in 2020, with a vision to create progressive and meaningful changes in the lives of blue-collar workers.While Homilier faced sustainability challenges, Udbhav Upkram saw great success. We fed close to 30000+ migrant labours during the Covid crisis collecting funds from both UAE and India, showcasing the power of purpose driven action.Our work at Udbhav Upkram was recognised by ex-Chief Justice of the Bihar high court and also got acclaim in local newspapers. Post the entrepreneurial adventures, I jumped into the corporate jungle hoping to learn more from seasoned professionals.I was selected under the young leaders programme at Care Health Insurance, one of India's largest stand alone health insurance companies, where i got the opportunity to don multiple hats, from building and leading Care's first central customer retention team to creating and selling customised products for our B2B partners in the digital affinity vertical. My desire to do impactful work brought me to Masai School,India's largest outcome driven career school.At Masai, I learned how to build lasting Strategic Partnerships, impacting 1000's of lives in Tier-3/Tier4 cities, subsequently generating revenue in excess of INR 90 million for Masai.I was also chosen to pilot various new initiatives at Masai, including selling Masai's first SaaS product, field sales and office hiring drives.My work at Masai, helped 8 families get out of below poverty mark. Currently I am leading Enterpise Sales at Scaler.
