I established key KPIs and goals for the organization from a customer lens, and developed key product, merchandising/CRM strategies to drive cross-platform purchase, increase customer retention, average order value, and order/customer. Before joining Noon, I worked at Flipkart, where I held several positions in Growth, Planning & Revenue, Strategy, and Merchandising . I started as an Assistant Manager- Merchandising and CRM Strategy & Growth and was later promoted to Manager- Merchandising and CRM and led the Planning, Analytics and Strategy for Merchandising & Customer Reach initiatives for Flipkart Fashion. I was later promoted to Senior Manager and led the Demand Planning, Revenue and Growth charters for Flipkart fashion. I delivered growth for the business by identifying new opportunities and driving key strategic initiatives and also led the product initiatives of discovery, cart & checkout, and pricing & promotions product for the business. I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from IIT Guwahati in chemical engineering and cleared the prestigious IIT-JEE examination.
