• This role required me to head the Global Ops. Training function for my organization while handling a team of 6 Training specialists in India, Philippines, Egypt and Jordan. • This role required me to handle Pan India Products, Sales, and Process Training for the Channel and Institutional Sales Verticals. I was responsible for Content Development and Delivery of Classroom, E-Learning and Blended Training interventions. Acting as SME in various marketing campaigns and branding initiatives all across the country by the Corporate Marketing Team was a substantial additional responsibility. Was also responsible for ensuring training of the entire Training Team (including self) on Fire Tests of Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Safety Audits, and on new products as and when they get launched. I had also supervised internal & external audits for ISO, EN and LPCB requirements.

• In this role I was responsible for setting up, developing and successfully running a Placement Oriented Soft Skills Training department for the Engineering & Management Students of the institute. Developing and delivering Soft Skills and Behavioral Training for the students, so as to help them in becoming employable was the primary objective of my work. I had also worked on 1:1 coaching sessions and personalized training & development plans for students as part of my services. Additionally, I was responsible for arranging inter-department competitions and corporate workshops for the corresponding students.

• In this role I was part of the National Training Team and was responsible for Training Delivery and Content Development of Behavioral Training Modules – (including presentations, training activities, exercises and games, handouts, and trainer’s notes) for the company’s sales and support staff. The TNI was done by analyzing LDC reports which are carried out by the National HR Team during the annual Fast Track Promotion board and LDP sessions. MIS reporting and analysis of these learning and OD interventions was also part of my KRA's. Preparing and releasing the Monthly Newsletter, and spearheading an internal staff competition (111 Days Challenge) linked to their performance and variable pay were two of my additional responsibilities.
