With over 15 years of work experience, I am a passionate and versatile trainer and founder who specializes in technical and soft skills training. My mission is to help individuals and organizations enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance in the IT and non-IT sectors. I have founded Siddhi Softech, a training company that offers economical and customized courses, workshops, and solutions for various clients and participants. I believe in creating unique training methodologies, having personal care, and building one-to-one relationships with my clients and participants. As the founder of Siddhi Softech, I am responsible for creating, executing, and driving the training process from inception to completion. I also conduct market research to ensure that my business is in line with the existing trends in the training arena. I have a strong background in customer relationship management (CRM), employee training, finance and human resources (HR), which I leverage to provide end-to-end training solutions to my clients' needs. I have also worked as a senior business development manager and a manager for learning and development division in the past, where I developed consistent communication with corporates ranging from software to service industries. I have multiple skills in sales, marketing, negotiation, and presentation, which I use to identify and comply with the clients' requirements, maintain the training calendar, and assist the training manager in conducting training programs.
