Recruitment & Selection: - Sourcing candidates from various job portals, professional networking sites and using personal references for all profiles. - Cold calling and scheduling them for interview process, if profile matches. - Attending the candidates, from their initial screening to giving them their test papers to correcting them and handing them over for their HR and Technical rounds. - Creating and maintaining the daily tracker, hiring status and new employees joining data. - Salary negotiation with the selected candidates. - Background verification of the shortlisted candidates - Preparing Letter of Appointment and Welcome Kit for the new joinees and assist them in completing their joining formalities. - Introducing the new joinees to all current employees and issue bank account opening forms and ID cards. Training and Development: -Conducts orientation program to new employees. -Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees. -Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees. HR Management: -Assists in drafting out annual letter and promotion letter. - Attendance and Leave management -Conducting Performance Appraisals -Employee Engagement Programmes - Workforce Management -Statutory Compliance like PF, ESI etc -Conducting Exit Interviews -Draft policies and roll out procedures as per the approval from the senior management -Keeping and updating Employee Handbook with all relevant details and information -Implementing all rules, procedures, directives etc. applicable under various statutes including those prescribed by the Management.
