HR Management: -Assists in drafting out annual letter and promotion letter. - Attendance and Leave management -Conducting Performance Appraisals -Employee Engagement Programmes - Workforce Management -Statutory Compliance like PF, ESI etc -Conducting Exit Interviews -Draft policies and roll out procedures as per the approval from the senior management -Keeping and updating Employee Handbook with all relevant details and information -Implementing all rules, procedures, directives etc. applicable under various statutes including those prescribed by the Management.
