From starting as a recruiting coordinator to now leading end-to-end hiring for Instabase India, my journey has been shaped in fast-moving, high-impact startup environments. I focus on building lean, scalable recruiting processes and hiring exceptional talent across Tech, Non-Tech, and University channels. My core strength lies in hiring for deeply technical, hard-to-fill roles—think AI/ML, infrastructure, platform and reliability engineering. I work closely with engineering leaders to define hiring priorities, run targeted search strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. I’ve also built and led our university hiring program in India—establishing strong relationships with top-tier campuses and creating brand strategies that resonate with early talent. Prior to recruiting, I was a professional cricketer—an experience that taught me discipline, resilience, and how to thrive as part of a team. Outside work, I explore India on two wheels. University Relations Coordinator

  • Set up the University Recruiting Coordination process for Instabase India which included both Pre and Post-event initiatives, such as setting up & coordinating the Pre Placement Talk, Online test, and Interviews. Post-event communication, documentation & analytics.
  • Set up the post-offer engagement program for interns from the time of offer until they are on-boarded. An 8-month-long project which yielded a 100% joiner ratio for the 2022 batch of summer internships.
  • Core Team member for Instabase Encipher - Instabase India's first-ever hackathon for women. Worked closely in developing the branding collaterals, vendor management, gathering applications, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders for on-ground execution tasks. The event was a massive win for Instabase as we managed to make 7 offers.
  • Drove a focused hiring effort to improve diversity within the customer success team through both UR and in-market channels which yielded positive results and was a massive win for the team.
  • I have also extended my support towards in-market Sourcing and Coordination during the lean phase for UR.
  • In addition to core UR tasks, also developed an HTML mailer for the Interviewing Experience survey for both UR and in-market recruiting which yielded better results in gathering feedback from candidates.
