About

The aim was always to be the best in whatever I do. I love to put in all my efforts to the work/project I have in hand. Starting my career as a trainer in the Insurance Industry, I entered a career which I was never too fond of but always very good at. With many years of tutoring experience at hand, teaching and training came naturally to me. I later joined CR Bridge as a Training Consultant and was involved in devising and strategizing various training programs provided by them. I was responsible for the overall efficacy of the training programs being delivered and was required to maintain a relationship between the corporate clients and the organization. The responsibility was to handle the clients, getting new business from them and delivering them the results. I was also responsible for the day to day working of the center and managing the various teams. I was handling the teams of Counselors, Recruiters, Business Development, Corporate Alliances and responsible for smooth functioning of the entire business. Later on quit the position due to time constraints and entered the world of Self Employment. Currently working as a Manager with HR Central (from home) and managing clients and recruitment team. Specializing in the Advertising, eCommerce, Analytics, IT Excellence, PR Industry recruitment. In my spare time I also undertake Individual projects for Training into various skills such as Soft Skills, Personality Development, Communication skills, English Speaking etc. My long term goal has always been to be a Good Human Being.
