A passionate Sales Leader who loves selling products that solve real problems of customers. I was fortunate to be the first sales hire of Razorpay and have seen the growth trajectory from a 2 million dollar company to the country’s 15th Unicorn. Being a part of such an exponential growth of an organisation helped me in building a team of 40+ across products in the Payments and Neo-banking verticals. I was able to build and scale inbound and outbound sales teams resulting in 50x growth in a FY. As a leader, I focus on the people and judge my team’s growth not just based on their monthly sales but what they learn in the process. Built and scaled the sales team at Sprinto to help SaaS companies to reach 1M ARR per quarter.
