• Involvement in all activities pertaining to HR Operations - Onboarding, Insurance, PF, Compliances, Internal Audit, Documentation & Filing, Policies and SOPs.

• Ensure that all processes are adhered to and documentation of any deviations/exceptions are in place. SOPs for all processes should be documented, updated and rolled out on a timely basis.
