• At BEYOBO, I conducted end-to-end market mapping and platform analysis to support the firm’s Go-To-Market expansion of its drop shipment model. I identified 15 high-potential D2C marketplaces across India and international regions (Southeast Asia, Middle East, etc.) by analyzing fashion category trends (apparel, accessories, jewelry) and platform-product fit. My work contributed to refining BEYOBO’s value proposition as a differentiated, inventory-light growth partner for fashion brands seeking scalable marketplace access.

• I analyzed how mentor-venture alignment impacts the success of microentrepreneurs in accelerator programs. The study covered 100+ mentor-venture interactions, using Tobit and Probit regressions alongside thematic coding of 12 deliverable areas. I developed alignment metrics across motivation, industry, and business stage to identify which mentor-entrepreneur combinations drive higher deliverable achievement. Key findings showed that motivation mismatches reduced success rates by 1.5–3.4%, while industry alignment improved outcomes by 1.2–4.5%.
