As an HR professional, I have been providing the best solution and support to the employees and employer equally for over a decade. I have more than Ten years of experience in various HR functions, including payroll, compliance, training, employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management. My main focus is to understand the employees' pulse and provide feedback and solutions to the upper management for taking the best decisions. I have also demonstrated my leadership and innovation skills by filling in for six months to represent and look after the HR department in absence of my boss in my previous organisation (Contentserv), and by automating several HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
