• The Daftar is my first stint as an entrepreneur and has made me explore in-depth the functions of team management, business development, finance, and operations. It has given me an opportunity to do proprietary software development, fundraising, and strategic expansion.
• The Daftar has also provided me with a platform to be a keynote speaker and mentor students, aspiring entrepreneurs and startups.

• Chrysalis is into the business of Empowering Entrepreneurs through its core activities of business coaching, business consulting, and organizational turnaround interventions. Chrysalis is driven with a very powerful purpose to enable individuals and organizations to reach a higher level of thinking.
• While at Chrysalis I was responsible for strategic planning for organizational growth and the interdepartmental alignment to achieve the annual & long-term goals. My interventions resulted in a CAGR of 25% YoY over 6 years.
• I achieved this by
• introducing profitable differentiating business verticals while weeding out declining verticals
• creating & implementing proprietary CRM
• centralizing & organizing data, creating dashboards to ensure data-driven decision-making across departments
• creating & setting up of SOPs across verticals to ensure the development of organizational proficiency
• developing productivity tools to maximize the personal & professional productivity of individuals & organizations
