  • Arrange to deploy the candidates in a timely manner.
  • Constant follows up with the client and the candidates until they join the concerned company.
  • Update candidate databases (e.g. incoming and outgoing payment, till the time of deployment record and after deployment record).
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave).
  • Handling payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
