I’m Chief of Staff at August AI, working closely with the Founder and leadership team to build B2B partnerships, programs, and systems that will redefine how healthcare looks in the next 10 years. My Goal is to help hospitals, health-tech enterprises, and startups reach their full potential so patients everywhere can access better, more human-centered care.   • I joined Elevate Now as part of the founding team and worked directly with the CEO to grow the company from zero to over $2M ARR. My biggest challenge over 2.5 years was finding product–market fit and scaling without burning through costs.
  • On the program side, I redesigned operations with health coaches, community-driven engagement, strong data pipelines, and outcome-focused tracking. Within two years, retention crossed 40%, NPS reached 60+, and 95% of patients achieved real weight loss results.
  • For growth, we focused on efficiency. I introduced a ₹1,799 paid trial model that tripled ROAS, and built a medicine vertical through a homegrown D2C brand and partnerships with Eli Lilly, Tata 1mg, and WareIQ, which quadrupled margins.
  • What I am most proud of is helping deliver better health to over 10,000 users while scaling the team to 70+ people.
  • In short, Elevate Now was about learning and proving product–market fit, then scaling into a sustainable, multi-revenue business while balancing growth, product innovation, and operations.
