• Responsible for EDB’s product hiring
• Coordination with the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers and candidates for
• scheduling of interviews and subsequent follow ups.
• Job postings on company website and other job boards as required
• Maintenance of candidate database and updating the records on a daily basis
• Document all candidate activity in Application Tracking System and ensure it is kept
• updated by the team
• Continuous follow-up with the offered candidates to ensure the candidate joining;
• Good rapport building with the candidates and try getting as many references as possible;
• Processing documents required for offer approvals, preparing offer letter and any other document as required
• Coordination for reference and background checks;
• Initial Screening of candidates, Scheduling interviews, Gathering all the information about the candidate.
• Coordinating with the candidate and with the panel throughout the recruitment process.
• Form and maintain employee joining and exit records.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents whenever required.
