About

In 1999 I was a sales leader for SYSCO Denver. I was doing pretty well, but saw that there was an imbalance. I had the blood, sweat and tears and my managers had nice cushy offices with pictures of beach vacations. - I was making $80k/year working 60 hours/week - They were making $250k at 30 hours/week - And, SYSCO was a $30B/year company I realized then and there that I wanted a better lifestyle, so my entrepreneurial adventures began. The path to success has never been easy. In 2003, after 15 years of heavy drinking, I was able to get sober. That’s an important part of my story, because I learned that alcohol isn't the problem. It’s what I used to cope with the REAL problem... my thinking. If we can master our mindset, we can design a beautiful life. I've built 2 multimillion dollar companies and managed dozens of teams. The first was a Rare Coins and Precious Metals Company, which was my greatest teacher and changed my life forever. It taught me that if we don’t manage our minds, life becomes very difficult. And, even if we make some money, we’re struggling in other areas like our relationships or health. No matter how successful we become, if we’re not masters of our minds, we’re not as successful as we could be. I’ve coached some of the highest level leaders and entrepreneurs to master their minds, scale their businesses and build beautiful lives. It’s never an easy process, but well worth the effort. And, with the right guidance, it’s MUCH easier. In 2021, I realized that Linkedin is much more than just a job posting platform, so I decided to build a brand and business on here which has transformed my life!
