I work with senior teams on building full spectrum leadership skills for the AI Era. For nearly two decades, my work has taken me into leadership rooms across Asia Pacific, from global organisations such as Unilever and Coca-Cola to platforms like TEDx and The Economist Summit, working with senior leaders, top teams, and observing leadership effectiveness at scale, across cultures, markets, and complexity. Over time, one pattern became very clear. Most leadership development focuses on skills, strategy, communication, influence, execution. And those matter deeply. But in today’s environment, leadership performance is no longer limited by knowledge. It is limited by energy, emotional regulation, recovery, and the capacity to sustain clarity under sustained pressure. That insight led me to found Innergy. At Innergy, we work on what we call Full-Spectrum Leadership, developing leaders across the 3 layers: The cognitive layer: strategy, judgment, decision-making, communication The social layer: team work, influence, trust, psychological safety The physiological layer: stress regulation, attention, recovery, and vitality Because a leader who is brilliant strategically but depleted physically or emotionally will not perform well over time.
