I enable global companies set-up and scale their Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, and provide a roadmap to turn them into innovation centers. I also drive Global GTM to take high value & high impact solutions to client C-Suite across the world. I'm passionate about new transformation ideas, innovation and creating value. Previously, as an Associate Director- Strategic Sales Hub, I enabled large proactive deals in various industries, covering business transformation and innovation areas such as Intelligent Industry, Sustainability, Cloud, and AI/ML based solutions and platforms. I have contributed to over $1 Bn in sales pipeline and $265 Mn in bookings for North America in the past three years from opportunity identification to proposing and closure. I graduated with an MBA from IIM Lucknow, where I won 11 business case competitions and was felicitated as one of the Top 30 Most Competitive Business Leaders by Dare2Compete. Before that, I worked as a Chief of Staff to President at a Chemical company strategy team, driving corporate strategy and business development. I'm also a musician with 7+ years of guitar teaching experience and performing at 50+ live shows; a Reiki practitioner with love for spirituality and breathwork; and a passionate gamer.
