• Identify entrepreneurship opportunities for rural women: Conduct need assessments to understand the skills, resources, and market demand for different types of businesses in the area to link with potential sectors that are suitable for rural women entrepreneurs.

• As an anchoring and support partner for the Ministry of Rural Development's "Lakhpati Didi" project, I provided consultancy to officials on project implementation.
• This project is part of the Ministry's initiative to empower rural Self-Help Group (SHG) women to earn at least Rs. 1 lakh per annum, transforming them into "Lakhpati Didis" (Millionaire Sisters).
