With over 4.5 years of hands-on experience across content, media, education, and emerging tech, I’ve evolved from an Operations Executive into a cross-functional business leader and currently serve as the Chief Operating Officer at BeerBiceps Media. My journey has been one of consistent growth - marked by building systems from scratch, scaling operations across companies, and driving business development initiatives that fuel long-term growth. Starting at the grassroots level, I gradually took ownership of strategic functions across HR, Finance, Partnerships, Campaigns, and Company Governance, contributing directly to the structural foundation and expansion of the organization. In my current role, I: 1. Lead company-wide operations and decision-making across multiple entities—BeerBiceps Media, SkillHouse, and BigBrainco. 2. Drive business development across client partnerships, internal ventures, and emerging verticals like AI and education. 3. Build and optimize systems, org structures, and workflows to enable scale and reduce operational bottlenecks. 4. Oversee high-performing cross-functional teams across content, tech, creative, and operations. 5. Represent the organization externally in strategic discussions with brands, partners, and collaborators. A significant part of my journey has been contributing to the expansion of BeerBiceps SkillHouse, helping build it into a community-first education brand focused on AI, content creation, and digital growth. I also played a pivotal role in launching BigBrainco., including setting up and scaling RAAAZ, our storytelling-first media channel. What drives me is the thrill of building things from zero, solving hard problems with structured thinking, and contributing to mission-led, fast-moving organizations.
