When I was running a £1.5bn business with 2,000 people, I spent far too much of my time firefighting operational mess instead of focusing on growth. My teams were brilliant but stuck doing the wrong work. I co-founded AgentFlow with Stephen Greszczyszyn (20+ years building enterprise automation at Cisco) to help ambitious businesses cut the drudge and unlock growth.
